About the hosting site:
This game is hosted on Scratch.Mit.Edu and was made using the Scratch software, a simplified version of the Squeak software. The scratch program and website are developed by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts. You can play using Java on default, but it is recommended to play this game using the Flash Player. To use the flash player you must be logged into the site. Registration is free. _____________________________________
Shurara corps, I was thinking of that too, but they just have so much detail it will be hard to incorporate. Once I get some basic details in there I will start work. But i'm kindof hoping to finish my Dress Creator and Chibi Creator before that.

Personally I would mention people should think outside of the box sometimes, you don't have to but it's a bad peeve of mine to see people using the same references over and over again such as cats and rabbit hoods, copying off of canon characters just to pair up with them or because they like them and have nothing else inside of their mind.
;w; You really don't have to I'm just kind of speaking in a corner here.
Plus if anyone needs their character reviewed or any ideas I can likely assist them somehow. *Curls up in the next corner and rocks back and fourth*
Having trouble with the programming though. The art is easy to do, but I don't know how to make the sleeve selection look good with the neckline selection, because i'm having this issue with sleevless v-necks and sweetheart necks with long sleves, but i'll sort it out eventually.
And then colour and beading is a whole other issue... wow xD
I've been using scratch for years, but it's kinda limited. If I knew flash i'd probably have an easier time with this. If you register with scratch.mit.edu you can download my game and look at the coding, if you'd like to see how I make these.
